Centek Group is a mid-sized company in the upstream oil and gas sector, based in Newton Abbot, England. It provides engineering-driven centralization solutions, drawing on innovation and design to address casing placement and cementing challenges. The company designs a range of bow spring centralizers primarily for highly deviated and extended-reach wells, with the aim of enabling reliable reach to total depth under varying well conditions. In January 2018, Centek Group was acquired by Madison Industries US Holdings Corporation, a change noted in contemporary reports. Within the oil and gas services landscape, Centek positions itself as a specialized supplier of centralization solutions and related engineering expertise.
