Centek Industries designs and manufactures marine exhaust systems, tracing its lineage to 1962 when Vernay Products began in Boca Raton, Florida. Today it operates as the parent company for four brands—Centek Marine, Delta-T Systems, Fortress Pilings, and Fiberglass Tubing Supply—and is based in Thomasville, Georgia. The firm serves boat builders and repair shops worldwide, relying on a long history of developing critical exhaust designs used in the marine industry.

As a mid-sized manufacturer, Centek positions itself within the marine equipment sector through its diversified brand portfolio. Recent developments include acquisitions that expanded its product scope: Delta-T Systems was acquired in 2021 and Viking Marine Exhaust in 2023, broadening its reach into related marine systems.
