Center for Advanced Life Skills offers advanced certifications in hypnotherapy, guided imagery, science-based mindfulness, values coaching, advanced life coaching, NLP, and Time Line Therapy®. As one of only two schools collaborating with the UCSD School of Medicine Center for Integrative Health, we deliver the Holistic Breakthrough Approach™ through two comprehensive modules: Foundation and Integration. Foundation Module: This module establishes the core principles and techniques of modern hypnotherapy, innovative coaching, and practical NLP. It provides a solid base for understanding and applying these methodologies effectively. Integration Module: Building on the Foundation, this module focuses on advanced applications and integration of skills. It is designed to deepen the practitioner's expertise and ability to facilitate profound, lasting change in clients. Our training is more than just skill acquisition; it’s also a personal growth journey. We accept only 6 participants per training to ensure a highly personalized experience. This intimate setting fosters group coaching dynamics, allowing participants to work on their own development while learning to help others. The program is structured over 22 days with a 6-hour daily commitment, offering intensive learning, faster results, focused commitment, enhanced networking, consistent practice, and reduced disruption. This structure ensures participants can fully immerse themselves in the training, accelerating growth and deepening their learning experience.
