Its alumni network exceeds 900 individuals who contribute to a more inclusive, interconnected Boston. Its offerings include the Emerging Leaders Program, a nine-month program to develop leadership through purpose, empathy, and curiosity, and the UMass Boston–Coast Guard Academy Scholars Program, which aims to combine technical expertise with emotional intelligence for security leadership. It partners with organizations such as the Boston Public Library, Kraft Group, and Boston Public Schools to foster cultures where every voice matters and shared leadership drives change.
