The Center for Ethical Leadership inspires and prepares diverse people to lead collaboratively with a commitment to personal integrity and social justice for all. Our methods help people, work more effectively together by building bridges to cross perceived and real boundaries. 

Incubator. Change Agency. CEL cultivates leadership and builds capacity that advances social change through collective networks and dialogues, trainings, leadership development.  

Reaching individuals through seminars and public events, CEL provides training, consulting, and organizational development services for business, government and non-profits in service of the common good. CEL supports individual, institutional and community transformation necessary to creating healthy, just and inclusive communities. 

Through programs such as the Kellogg Leadership for Community Change initiative and community change events known as "Confluences," CEL fosters cultural change and dialogue among diverse interest groups and change initiatives to address community issues.
