Center for Mindful Relationships is committed to providing cost-effective counseling to our San Diego Community and online in throughout California. Mental health is generally ignored as we are expected to either know better or figure it out, alone because of the incredible stigma of asking for support. Getting support is one of the most courageous actions one can take. We cannot make changes until we have learned how suffering is happening. We cannot heal without being seen and heard. At CFMR, we use a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy as we help our clients increase their awareness, through the lens of compassion, enabling them to create more fulfilling relationships, first with themselves.
