Centofanti Consulting, Inc. is a Project Management consulting firm, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the goal of helping Medical Device, Diagnostic, and Pharmaceutical companies develop, launch, and support innovative products to improve health care.  We are a group of experienced Project Managers who support clients from product conception through commercialization. We also provide support for a variety of post-market activities including manufacturing transfer, CMO management, quality systems remediation, and physician education programs.  

Our core strength is R&D Project Management, and we also have expertise in Operations, Quality Systems, Marketing, Packaging & Labeling, and Regulatory & Clinical Affairs.  We lead and support Medical Device, Diagnostic,  and Pharmaceutical project teams to successfully complete challenging projects on time, and within budget.

Centofanti Consulting was founded in 2002 and has served over 30 companies of all sizes on a variety of challenging and complex projects. We value our relationships with our clients, and pride ourselves on maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and consultants.
