Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving health and wellbeing for people in Sydney's eastern, southern, and inner-west regions. It supports local primary care providers, such as general practitioners, pharmacists, and psychologists, through training and professional development, while helping connect community members to additional services to coordinate their care.
