Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving health and wellbeing for people in Sydney's eastern, southern, and inner-west regions. It supports local primary care providers, such as general practitioners, pharmacists, and psychologists, through training and professional development, while helping connect community members to additional services to coordinate their care. Based in Mascot, New South Wales, CESPHN collaborates with hospitals, specialists, and aged care facilities to improve the patient experience and access to care. As a government-funded not-for-profit in the primary health sector, it targets both health professionals and community members to enable easier access to integrated care. In 2024, the organization launched a pilot program to encourage Allied Health professionals to adopt digital solutions, offering free CorePlus licenses for a year.
