Central Bancshares, Inc. is a closely-held community bank holding company that serves east-central Iowa and west-central Illinois, based in Muscatine, Iowa. It operates as the parent company of two wholly-owned banks: CBI Bank & Trust, also based in Muscatine, and F&M Bank, headquartered in Galesburg, Illinois. The group serves about 43,000 customer households and businesses through 14 banking centers and a broad set of delivery channels, including ATMs, online and mobile banking, and telephone access. In January 2025, Dwayne W. Sieck was appointed CEO and president of CBI Bank & Trust and of Central Bancshares, Inc., signaling a leadership transition for the organization.
