The Central Intermediate Unit # 10 is one of Pennsylvania's 29 education service agencies. The CIU supports public and private schools and school districts in Clearfield, Centre and Clinton Counties. We are a liaison to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. We provide service to you in all areas of public and private education including Pre-K to Grade 12 student programs and services to teachers, paraeducators, administrators, adult learners and parents. If you have an educational need, we can help. CIU services include NCLB/AYP school improvement consultation, professional development and training for teachers, paraeducators, and administrators, student therapy services, special education services, pre-school programs, an autism academy, artists-in-residency services and other student and adult fine arts services, GED and adult education programs, high school summer school and much more.
