Central Kentucky Research Associates, an AMR Company, is a mid-sized clinical research facility based in Lexington, Kentucky. Founded in 1991 by Deborah Dyer and the late Jacqueline Smith, it became Kentucky's first independent clinical drug research site and has conducted more than 600 trials spanning Phase I through Phase IV.
