Insights

Payer Growth CTAC is in-network with most major insurance providers, indicating a ready-made channel to reach insured families. A sales opportunity exists to offer payer-advocacy, credentialing optimization, and reimbursement workflow services to reduce denial rates and accelerate client onboarding. Propose partnerships with payer networks and revenue cycle support services to expand coverage to additional clients.

Cross Program Upsell CTAC operates multiple age-specific programs from toddlers to adults under one campus model. There is an opportunity to cross-sell services across programs to families as children age, and to license/adapt the center's program playbooks for partner clinics or private schools. A targeted outreach to families transitioning between programs could increase lifetime value.

Education Partnerships CTAC already consults with school districts and regional service centers and runs specialized labs (social, vocational, daily living). There is room to expand contracts for district-wide ABA implementation, staff training, and IEP-aligned supports, potentially unlocking sustained revenue plus referral networks.

Home & Parent Services In-home and parent training services and ongoing workshops indicate a scalable, high-demand product line beyond center-based therapy. A sales opportunity exists to create scalable digital or blended offerings (online parent coaching, home-program kits) and partner with insurers and community agencies to broaden access.

Scale Enablement CTAC uses a modern tech stack (HR and collaboration tools) and manages a multi-building campus with diverse age groups. There is opportunity to propose data-driven platforms for outcomes tracking, scheduling, and caregiver communications, helping CTAC scale to additional campuses or partnerships while improving efficiency and reporting to stakeholders.

Our Bridges Program for ages 11- adult. This space is designed for the older learner and includes a social skills lab, vocational skills lab, daily living labs (kitchen, bedroom), work out room in addition to classrooms.

CTAC also runs the Academy Program, a classroom run by BCBA's in private school settings. This program offers the opportunity for children to learn in a classroom setting in an inclusive environment. Our Pre- Academy setting helps children learn to learn in a group setting and prepare them for the Academy or other school settings.
