Centrum Partners LLC was formed in 2009 by its Managing Partners Arthur Slaven and John McLinden. Slaven and McLinden have been leaders in Chicago’s real estate development community since the early 1980’s. While Chicago has always been home, Centrum has also had a significant development presence in a number of other major markets. A unique depth and breadth of experience has allowed them to be active in a number of different areas of real estate development including residential, retail, mixed use projects, office, hotel and industrial. Each property developed by Centrum is owned by a separate limited liability company. The company provides a complete package of professional development and management services to the development entities. Centrum does not provide development, leasing or management services to third parties.
