Ceonex was formed in 1999 to combine the expertise of a web development company,  a business systems development company, and a specialized web hosting company.

One of our founders, Richard Frenkel, is the current CEO. He has over 30 years of IT experience, early on as a programming manager at a couple of 500 companies, later as the founder of one of the first web application development and hosting companies.
 
Eireann Kiley, Ceonex President, has over 15 years’ experience on the design of web user interfaces and site design and project management.

Ceonex has extensive experience both in the business and government arenas, and with companies across the size spectrum. We enjoy working with clients to develop solutions to meet business needs and then bringing those solutions through the development process and into production. We always work to thoroughly understand your business needs before embarking on a project. Pointing out new opportunities and ways to reduce or eliminate "pain points" through automation and integration is key to a successful project.  

Also key is ability to bring a project to fruition at reasonable cost and on time. Ceonex has never had a failed project. Indeed, some of our applications have won top awards in impartial evaluations.
 
Ceonex has a Dunn and Bradstreet Prior Performance (formerly OpenRatings) Rating of 96% which means we are in the top 5% of companies rated.
