• Certified Management of Austin was created in 1986 and has built a portfolio of communities that we retain year after year. In May 2008 the company was purchased by Lu Fonteno, an industry veteran.
  
• Our staff of professionals takes a personal interest in each association we manage. We offer professional management of Community Associations that include single family homeowners associations, condominiums/townhomes as well as professional business associations.
  
•CMA understands the importance of offering our clients the latest in technology. Our management software program  provides our clients hands on information and reports. We continues to explore new technology to enhance our ability to provide more efficient ways of tracking and recording documents that are important  to our clients.
