The CH Ellis Company is an employee owned company that manufactures a wide range of industrial plastic cases, tool pallets and sewn or zipper cases in our 56,000 square-foot facility in Indianapolis, IN. We pride ourselves on our custom case work, which constitutes more than 90% of our total work volume. Whether you are a small company or a Fortune 100, we can design a case and/or custom foam interior solution to your specifications.

Our goal at CH Ellis is to be the preferred vendor for plastic cases, sewn cases and interior case foam packaging solutions. We provide quality case and custom foam interior packaging solutions at the most reasonable cost, and we do it right the first time.

Our design department, utilizing CAD-CAM capabilities, provides innovative custom foam interior packaging solutions for portable protection, organization, shipping and storage applications.

Our production capabilities include rotational and thermal forming of plastic cases, sewing and foam cutting. Our foam cutting capabilities include, steel rule dies, computerized cutting, and waterjet.
