Chaminade High School is a Catholic, Marianist-influenced college-preparatory secondary school based in Mineola, New York, serving students in the Northeast United States. Founded in 1930, classes initially took place in the Bar Building, and the school upholds the motto Fortes in Unitate, Latin for Strength in Unity. It is named for Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, founder of the Marianists, whose work sought to renew Christian practice in changing social contexts. The school operates within the higher education landscape as an institution that prepares students for higher education and responsible citizenship within a Catholic framework. In 2025 it announced the establishment of the Chaminade Leadership Summit to expand its mission. It employs a mid-sized staff, supporting operations in Mineola.
