The location offers convenient access for visitors traveling from nearby Colorado Springs and Denver, being less than an hour from Colorado Springs and about two hours from downtown Denver.

The group runs two Cripple Creek venues, Bronco Billy's Casino and the Chamonix Hotel, delivering gaming, dining, and related entertainment. It operates Mile High Rewards, a loyalty program that provides players with bonuses and earning points. In March 2025, reports indicated the appointment of Brandon Lenssen as vice president and general manager, pending regulatory approval.
