Change Agency is a research and consulting business that helps companies to anticipate, plan and deliver change successfully. 

Everything we do is based on the principle that change comes from within. 

80% of change initiatives fail because they place too much faith in process or disregard the untapped potential and creativity within the client’s own organisation. Change rarely works when imposed top down or when the task is outsourced to external consultants.

Change Agency was set up to do just the opposite. We are designed to provide new perspectives, build consensus and drive adoption internally in ways that traditional consultancies and research agencies cannot.

We don’t copy and paste formulae from other clients. We are rigorous about process, but won’t be dictated by it. We are comfortable with the intangible and the unpredictable. We are outcomes-focused, but have no vested interest in implementation.  And we aim to make our clients self-sufficient rather than make them dependent on us.
