Based in Geneva, Illinois, Changing Children's Worlds Foundation is a nonprofit organization operating in the philanthropic fundraising services space. Its aim is for every child to receive positive support from the adults in their lives. The foundation runs two community programs to pursue this objective. The International Child/Parent Development Program trains parents, children, and caregiver facilitators to integrate empathy-driven exchanges into daily life, with the curriculum applied in community groups to support children's development.

The Integrative Youth Development Program is designed to increase both the number and the quality of the supportive people surrounding a child, and it provides mentor training for students at elementary and high school levels in both school and community contexts. The organization's overall approach centers on building networks of supportive relationships to aid children's growth.
