After running a successful clinic video production company in the 80’s and 90’s, Paul noticed the internet boom. He knew he had to take his short, powerful training videos online. He founded 3Point5 and eXperticity (now ExpertVoice), the fastest growing retail training platform.

In the 2010’s, Paul noticed another sea change. Amazon was disrupting the marketplace. Through product reviews, tens of thousands of shoppers were empowered with the experiences of product users at their fingertips.
