CHAP Construction's regional focus and continuous investment enables us to provide a professional service across the whole of the construction sector.  Projects vary widely in form and complexity on a variety of structures ranging in value from £0.5m to £20m.  Forming part of our construction team, our Specialist Division carry out works up to a value of £0.5m including maintenance and repairs, alterations and extensions.

CHAP Civils has the capability to provide a  full contract management package with a highly trained workforce that allows work to be undertaken in many challenging environments such as live high voltage substations and gas terminals.

CHAP Homes has provided quality homes throughout the North of Scotland for many years and recognise the need to provide homes across the entire housing spectrum, however it is the luxury end of the market where their skills and standards of commitment are given centre stage.
