ChapCare, officially the Community Health Alliance of Pasadena, operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center delivering primary medical and dental care to residents of the San Gabriel Valley. Based in Pasadena, California, the network runs four health centers in Pasadena, one in Monrovia, and three in El Monte/South El Monte.
