The Company’s name, Charisma Brands, comes from its origins as a Rhode Island design and manufacturing center – known for over thirty years as Charisma Manufacturing Co. The Rhode Island design center was formed by European artisans to create beautiful, high quality, handmade products – a tradition that continues to this day. Since the spirit of artistic design and skillful craftsmanship established in Rhode Island applies to all of the Company’s products, it was natural to adopt this name for the Company. Our products have sold over $1 billion on QVC in the last 25 years. Because of our expertise in all aspects of television shopping, we are frequently asked to represent other companies’ products to shopping channels. We currently represent brands in the health and beauty, food, electronics, and home divisions at QVC.
