CBHC leverages partner company Lumentum to utilize its proprietary data for advanced underwriting models to gain insight into market trends not available to other investment managers. In Florida, each county releases their delinquent tax certificate list with only 3 weeks of research time before the closing auction day.  Without a software platform and/or streamlined process, the proper due diligence can be a barrier to scale.
