Since 1971 Chemi-Flex has served the world as a leading manufacturer, global supplier and designer of top quality urethane timing belts, silicone timing belts and custom belting solutions for specialty applications.  Chemi-Flex designs and fabricates molds on-site for a variety of applications, as well as utilize our existing tooling to produce standard products.  We offer a wide variety of molds to produce timing belts in common sizes in addition to various Metric and English pitch timing belts. Our 45,000 sq./ft. manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified.  It features a modern Laboratory fully staffed with dedicated Chemical and Mechanical Engineers, complete with up-to-date testing equipment for extensive Research and Development and Quality Assurance. We implement CRM and Supply Chain Management tracking systems in conjunction with our manufacturing ERP system to deliver end-to-end functionality to serve the needs of diverse manufacturing models including built in SPC data collection and analysis.
