Our founding partners, Li Chen and Steve Malin, practiced together for over a decade at a large international law firm, where they served in senior positions, and where prior to his departure Li was the Dallas Office IP Litigation Group Head. We see the practice of law as our calling, and we believe lawyers are most effective when they have work-life balance and are happy.
