     Founded by Malcolm G. Chesney, AIA and Richard G. Morales, AIA in 1977, our commitment to the Client and to a collaborative project environment is the cornerstone of our proven design solutions. We pride ourselves on our technical and design competence, which has lead to the successful completion of projects in both the public and private sectors. Our breadth of experience include corporate headquarters, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, department of defense, education facilities, and commercial/retail projects.
     
     Our commitment to quality design and collaboration has taken our company to job sites throughout the country. Our principals carry standing licensure in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Kansas. Also, with NCARB certification, we are able to quickly procure licensure where ever we are needed.
