 estate closing procedures. Our staff has over 30 years of combined experience of
 technical and title knowledge to keep a close eye on your transaction from the
 moment your title is ordered until the final policy is prepared. Our staff is proficient
 with following the procedures of the new RESPA Rule which includes a required,
 standardized Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to facilitate the disclosure of settlement costs and
 interest rate related terms .  Now with the HUD Buyer Select Program, we have a Specialized HUD Department.
