Chesterbrook Swimming and Tennis Club (CST) was established in 1954 and is owned and managed by its members. 

In 1956, Chesterbrook and five other local pools became founding members of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL).  For more than 60 years, Chesterbrook Swim Team has proudly carried that mantle, posting Thirteen division one titles and four triple crown championships in one of the country's most competitive summer swim leagues.  In 2019, Chesterbrook Swim Team maintained the Triple Crown and captured its fourth straight D1 title.

CST also proudly hosts the Chesterbrook Dive Team and Chesterbrook Tennis Team.

Outside of the pool, Chesterbrook is home to a community of children and parents who share a common love for swimming and the Chesterbrook family.
