Chesterfield Montessori School has been educating global innovators since 1981 through hands-on, experiential, evidence based learning for children from 16 months through sixth grade. CMS contributes to global peace by partnering with families from St. Louis and around the world to realize the unique potential of each child. 

Our beautiful, sunlit facility---which is an architectural award-winning building---is situated on five acres in Chesterfield, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. It includes a tennis and basketball court, a prairie restoration project, playgrounds and a children's garden.

Our students come from many countries and diverse backgrounds and share the richness of their cultures with our school community. 

CMS is the only school in the St. Louis area to be both recognized by Association Montessori Internationale and accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States.
