The Cheyenne International Film Festival (CIFF) is produced by Wyoming Community Media, a small nonprofit organization based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. CIFF invites film submissions in four categories: Feature films, Wyoming Showcase, Short films, and CIFF Promo Videos. The festival presents films from around the world and provides opportunities for attendees to connect with producers, directors, writers, and photographers.

Wyoming Community Media also operates year-round programs such as the Wyoming Film Institute and the Shoot Out Cheyenne 24 Hour Film Making festival. Their aim is to develop a community infrastructure for film and digital media, including screening spaces for storytellers at the Atlas Theater in Downtown Cheyenne.
