Chez Vous Home Care is a 24 hour provider of housing and private duty nursing services in a comfortable home setting. Our staff of Registered Nurses are all specially trained and qualified to serve patients with complex medical needs in a home setting. Respiratory Therapists are also on-call 24 hours a day to provide additional services as respiratory and ventilator related issues arise. Our experienced team of professionals provide expert medical care including: Complex medical needs, including ventilator, trach, C-PAP, Bi-PAP, tube feeding, catheter care. Activities of daily living (Eating, toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, mobility, and positioning) Assessments and documentation (done by a Registered Nurse) Administration of IV medication Wound treatments Care to end of life Therapeutic services as needed
