The mission of the Child Development Council is to promote the healthy development of children and families at home, in child care and in the community. We serve Tompkins and Cortland Counties, New York. We believe that a loving and caring family life, enriching early learning opportunities, access to preventative health care and sound nutrition and safe stimulating environments are critical to give children the best possible start in life.
