Children’s Home Society of Missouri (CHS), founded in 1891, is a well-established nationally accredited nonprofit agency serving short-term and long-term needs of children and their families who have faced severe physical and emotional trauma in their life. We embrace the non-traditional and most challenging of cases. We offer a comprehensive array of services including: community mental health services, education and training, family support services, residential and respite care for at-risk families and the children who need us most, and in many cases, have nowhere else to turn.
