The Children’s Oncology Group (COG) is a research organization within the National Cancer Institute's National Clinical Trials Network, dedicated to childhood and adolescent cancer research and based in Arcadia, California. It coordinates a network of experts at more than 220 hospitals and cancer centers across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia, positioning itself as the world's largest organization devoted to this field.
