Chippewa Ranch Camp operates as a recreational facility focused on camp experiences for girls, emphasizing personal growth through cooperative living, skill-building, and the development of friendships across diverse backgrounds. The program seeks to help campers discover their strengths in a low-pressure, supportive atmosphere, recognizing that not every child will be an athlete or performer and aiming to provide a niche for each participant. The camp’s longstanding community fosters strong bonds among attendees, with many returning summers to stay connected with their Chippewa sisters. Based in Eagle River, Wisconsin, the organization is part of the recreational facilities sector and serves a regional market through a residential-style camp environment that combines social development with skill acquisition. The company appears to employ a moderate-sized team to support its operations and programming at the facility.
