Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a tax-exempt nonprofit in the hospitals and health care sector. Based in Douglas, Arizona, it traces its origins to a 1996 rural clinic and has grown into the largest primary care provider in southeastern Arizona. The organization operates fourteen fixed-site clinics and seven mobile medical and dental units that serve Cochise County across more than 6,200 square miles of borderlands. It serves more than 30,000 patients annually, delivering primary care and related preventive and support services to residents in rural and underserved communities. A notable recent development is the March 2026 opening of the Freeport McMoRan Training Center in Bisbee, as part of an expansion of its facilities and training capacity.
