Chisesi Brothers has been in business in the New Orleans area for over 112 years. We specialize in producing some of the highest quality deli meats and sausages in the southern U.S. In particular we are known for our variety of naturally smoked hams, sausages, and our oven roasted beef.  Originally located in downtown New Orleans, since hurricane Katrina, we have moved to neighboring Jefferson parish.  The new facility has made it possible for Chisesi Bros.,  to have a USDA Federally Inspected plant. The USDA oversight allows us to make available the same wonderful products that our locals have loved for years, to everyone across the United States.
