Senior Cybersecurity / Information Technology Director (Independent Contractor)
Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
Professional Coaching, Leadership, Training Consultant and IT Program / Project Manager who has been the primary individual responsible for achieving federal, state and local IT projects, programs and portfolio objectives. Accomplished these objectives through oversight of all IT life-cycle tasks while overcoming constraints such as cost, scope, time and ensuring quality; providing premium expertise in cybersecurity support, enterprise architecture, program management, systems engineering, and information technology solutions to clients. Set short or long-range project(s) with MS Suite and MS Project ’16 using work plans and schedules either in-service and/or via contracted work. A Certified and experienced professional in performing:
(a) Identifying customers’ information system requirements; 
(b) analyzing information systems requirements or environment; 
(c) designing and conducting analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or other research;
(d) evaluating, monitoring or ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards or procedures; 
(e) purchasing or contracting for IT services, equipment, products, supplies, property, or other items.
