The Chisum Patent Academy offers what other CLE providers and patent bar training courses simply can’t: premium-quality, advanced patent law education in a unique seminar-style setting. Co-taught by leading patent law scholars and treatise authors  Donald Chisum and Janice Mueller, our intensive two-day seminars are limited to ten (10) participants and conducted in roundtable, interactive style. Seminar content targets the latest patent law developments from the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court, as well as developments at the PTO including IPR and PGR. We offer annual seminars in Seattle, WA, Washington, DC, and Cincinnati, OH. Our attendees are experienced patent practitioners from law firms and corporations, focusing on patent prosecution and litigation. We also custom-design seminars to be held on-site at corporations, law firms, and other organizations.

Our next seminars will be held in Alexandria, Virginia, on March 7–8, 2024, and in Cincinnati, Ohio, on September 20 6–27, 2024.
