Chloe Capital is a seed-stage venture capital firm based in New York, New York, that focuses on supporting diverse-led innovation companies. The firm emphasizes opportunities for founders who include women in leadership, aiming to address underrepresentation in venture funding by partnering with foundations, universities, and corporate innovators, and by hosting programs that connect founders with resources and investors. Its portfolio approach centers on early-stage companies with a working prototype and leadership from at least one woman in the C-suite, spanning sectors such as software, hardware, and other technology-enabled industries. Chloe Capital operates across North America and engages in initiatives like the #InvestInWomen Tour and Founder Fellowship programs to catalyze fundraising and community-building among underrepresented founders. A recent development includes a partnership with the Richard King Mellon and other organizations to host programs that support diverse entrepreneurs.
