Choice of Games is a computer games company based in Albany, California, that develops text-based, interactive fiction delivered through web and mobile platforms. The firm focuses on creating high-quality, branching stories in the Choose Your Own Adventure tradition, with a postmodern, transmedia twist, and it uses a proprietary scripting approach to support its narrative format. The company targets readers and gamers who seek interactive storytelling experiences across Steam, Android, and iOS, providing games that allow players to influence outcomes through choices within multi-path narratives. Founded in a manner consistent with a small to mid-sized tech studio, it has released a sequence of title launches and updates over recent years, including new entries and special story collections in its catalog. A recent development includes the release of a new title in its lineup and availability across major digital distribution platforms, reflecting ongoing expansion of its interactive-fiction offerings.
