Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) functions as the educational arm of Christian Leaders, a nonprofit ministry based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It delivers ministry training to individuals who feel called to serve in Christian leadership, reaching thousands of learners across more than 160 countries. The training model pairs self-enrolled students with a local sponsor or mentor, enabling learning to take place within the learner's own community and setting. Enrollment is open to those who agree with the organization's faith statement and complete the Getting Started Class, after which study is admitted at no charge. CLI operates in the e-learning space by offering free, accessible training to called Christian leaders regardless of financial circumstances.
