In 2002 Carrie Alderfer launched ChromAddict, an award-winning design studio dedicated to helping small businesses achieve their marketing goals. ChromAddict provides affordable design services including custom art and illustration, web design and programming, social media customization, and traditional printed marketing materials such as logos, stationery, brochures, postcards, billboards, invitations, and more. Carrie works with clients personally, getting to know their business and understand their customers. Each project reflects the client's branding, communicates their message, stays on budgets, and is designed to get business hopping. Carrie Alderfer is an artist, designer, programmer, sci-fi nut, mom, and occasional baker of scrumptious pie. She is originally from Rock Hill, SC, and graduated with honors from University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in art. Her goal as an artist is to transcend the everyday world and take the viewer to a place that is richer and more vibrant than "real life". Material preferences include acrylic, prismacolor pencils, pastels, and ceramic paint, but she's always experimenting. Some of her newest works are hand-painted tile pendants. Whatever she's working on, you can bet it will be colorful and fun.
