In 1960, a machine company started in the basement of an old church, and because of the unique surroundings in which the business began, the company was named Churchmen’s.  With a growing need for a full-service machine company in the Wilmington area, Churchmen’s became a company that catered to the customer’s individual and practical needs.

As a result of quality workmanship and accuracy, Churchmen’s Machine Company continued to thrive as a first-rate machining and fabrication company.  In only a few years, the business moved to its new location and since then has expanded twice.  Even after years of growth and changes, personal service and skilled professionalism remain part of the everyday business philosophy at Churchmen’s Machine Company.
