Cicero Fire Department is a volunteer public-safety organization based in Cicero, New York. Founded in 1883 as a not-for-profit entity, it operates from two fire stations, with Station 1 at 8377 Brewerton Road and a second station on Route 31 in Onondaga County. The department serves the Cicero Fire District and Fire Protection District, covering about 12 square miles and a population of roughly 31,682 as of the 2010 Census, and it holds a Class 4 ISO rating. Its response capacity includes a 100-foot aerial platform, engines, a heavy rescue, multiple EMS and light rescue units, a reserve rescue, and several chief's vehicles.
