Our mission is to empower young adults to integrate their faith into the workplace and beyond, for the sake of the flourishing of greater Indianapolis.

We believe God’s people are meant to do the work of God in the space where they spend the bulk of their time – their workplace. 

Our flagship fellowship provides Indianapolis residents in their 20s and 30s with nine months of spiritual formation, professional development, and civic education. Fellows are given a renewed vision for how the work they do each day, when aligned with God’s heart for mission, is ministry. 

Ultimately, we hope to partner with God in making Indianapolis a city where everyone has enough and no one needs to be afraid.
