CITRS is a small nonprofit organization based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, operating in the education administration sector. Founded in 2010, it initially focused on making character initiatives more accessible to children and young adults. Today, the organization works with schools to support adults—providing consultation, support, and guidance to school teams and staff, with an emphasis on character and integrity as a basis for trust and durable relationships. 

In 2022, CITRS launched the GROW Model, a continuous school improvement framework intended to help struggling schools thrive. It has formed partnerships with Erie 1 BOCES (2020) to provide evidence-based character education aligned with NYSED initiatives, and with Character Counts (2018). Its work targets schools and other organizations seeking guidance on character education and school culture.
