Citrus and Allied Essences Ltd is a global supplier of flavor and fragrance ingredients, offering a range of citrus oils—orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, bergamot, and clementine—along with mint oils and spice essential oils. The company sources, distills, and provides starting materials used to create natural flavors and aroma chemicals, supporting flavor and fragrance development. Founded in 1933 by Charles and Josephine Pisano, the business remains family-owned and managed by five of their heirs, maintaining a culture of trust and tradition. In addition to a new 90,000-square-foot facility in Belcamp, Maryland, C&A operates another production site in Abingdon, Maryland, and maintains warehouses in California, Elk Grove, Illinois, Mexico City, and Rotterdam.

The company serves customers in the flavor and fragrance industries by providing starting materials and by carefully reviewing the cultivation, harvesting, and production methods of its sources. It maintains substantial inventories to support growth and to ensure supply through year-round harvests across hemispheres, while preserving a family-owned, accessible approach.
